Castle High School
Inc
A comprehensive brand identity system designed to unify every touchpoint — from digital enrollment campaigns to campus communications — ensuring consistent, authentic representation of the Castle mission across our Cleveland community.
Why Brand Identity
Matters
Authority
Serving Cleveland since 2004, Castle High School Inc has built over two decades of credentialed, career-focused education. Students earn real industry credentials in Health (CNA), Cosmetology, Business & Leadership, and Media Arts before graduation — backed by a campus secured with metal detectors, an armed security guard, Safe ID, School Alerter, and cameras throughout the building.
Retention
Families stay at Castle because it feels like family — small class sizes of 25-28 students, an open-door policy, and individualized academic coaching that meets every scholar exactly where they are. A four-day school week gives families flexibility without cutting instructional rigor, and rising testing scores show the model working.
Growth
With current enrollment of 50 students against a target of 100 and total capacity of 200, Castle Main Campus has substantial room to grow. Year-round, first-come-first-served enrollment and free public bus transportation remove the biggest barriers, and the September 26, 2026 Open House is a natural growth moment to build around.
Positioning &
Strategy
Castle High School Inc is the tuition-free public charter school for Cleveland families who want a genuine second chance — supported by educators who know every scholar by name, a four-day week and individualized Credit Recovery model, and real career pathways that lead straight into the workforce or college.

Direction
Career Pathways in Action
Students engaged in CNA patient-care practice, cosmetology stations, media arts production, and business labs. Prioritize natural classroom light, hands-on skill-building, and authentic instructor-student moments. Avoid staged or stock-looking compositions — show the real work happening in Castle's CTE pathways every day.
Family-Style Community & Pride
Showcase the small, tight-knit Castle community — open-door check-ins, credential ceremonies, club moments (basketball, boxing, Inspire Hope), and genuine parent-staff connection. Images must reflect dignity, a second chance earned, and the pride of a family-style campus rather than a large institution.
Voice &
Tone
Second-Chance Champion
Castle speaks to families as an advocate, not a gatekeeper. Every message affirms that a rough start does not define a scholar's future, and that Castle exists to help students reset, rise, and succeed on their own timeline.
Warm and Family-Style
Every message should feel like it comes from someone who knows your child personally — because at Castle, with class sizes of 25-28 and an open-door policy, they do. Genuine, encouraging, and grounded in real relationships.
Practical and Career-Focused
Castle's voice is direct about outcomes — CTE credentials, College Credit Plus, and real workforce readiness. No inflated language. Families deserve clarity about exactly what their student will walk away with.
Community-Rooted
Castle speaks with Cleveland families, not at them — embedded in the Prospect Ave. community, earning trust through more than two decades of real results. The voice never talks down and never oversells.
